I am a clinician by training and a social worker by trade; a community trainer and facilitator in practice and a performer at heart. I use my professional and life experience to improve systems and create sustainable change for children, their families and their communities.
For over 20 years, as a licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma and abuse to strengthen and heal relationships.
As a Coach, I have guided individuals and groups in creating results by developing specific plans and attainable goals in career, health and relationships using vision and service as the guide.
As a Trainer, I offer presentations and workshops on Trauma Informed Care, Early Childhood Mental Health, Secondary Traumatic Stress and Community Based work.
As a Facilitator of conversations or in developing experiential trainings with a group I bring my knowledge of human interactions, relationship building and extreme listening in combination with humor and energy to invite participation, acknowledge every contribution, create joy, and yield results.
